Yes. Our Free plan is permanent with no credit card required. You get 3 projects and 10,000 events per month — enough to validate your product and build a tracking foundation.
An event is any user interaction you choose to track: a page view, a button click, a form submission, or a custom action. You define what matters. We process and store everything else.
Acme is fully GDPR compliant. Data is stored on EU servers by default. Enterprise customers can choose their preferred region including US East, EU West, and APAC. Data processing agreements (DPAs) are available on request.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts on Free or Pro plans. Cancel from your account settings anytime — you'll retain access until the end of your billing period and your data export is always available.
Acme integrates natively with Segment, Slack, HubSpot, Intercom, Salesforce, and 40+ tools. Our REST API and webhooks make it easy to connect any custom or internal system.
Most teams are fully set up in under an hour using our JavaScript snippet or one of our SDKs. For complex enterprise environments with custom pipelines, our team provides white-glove onboarding at no additional charge.
